ASSET INTEGRITY MANAGEMENT

Petroneering is focussed on providing full lifecycle of asset integrity management (AIM) and operations support, which combines the structural integrity management and subsurface (reservoir) evaluation.

The Structural Integrity may be defined as the ability of a structure to perform its required function effectively and efficiently over a defined time period whilst protecting health, safety and the environment. The structural integrity not only covers the jacket itself but also topsides, process equipment, risers, conductors and pipelines.

The Structural Integrity Management (SIM) may be defined as the means of ensuring that the people, systems, processes and resources that deliver integrity are in place, in use and will perform when required over the whole lifecycle of the structure.

Subsurface evaluation is conducted as key important factor to have accurate data of the remaining reserves in the field and to identify possible future production growth. The results of the subsurface study will be useful to protect the existing base production until reaching economic limit.

At Petroneering, we bring a unique blend of technical expertise and extensive practical and on-site experience on:

  • Development of Organization and Management - To develop mitigation and risk reduction programs that include strengthening, repair and modification of any component of the platforms.

  • Data Gathering and Information System To collect, communicate, and store all relevant historical and operational documents including data and information of platforms.

  • Structural Model and Evaluation To find out critical area of structural components which can be used for survey and inspection strategy.

  • Survey and Inspection Strategy To ensure the environment is not impaired, safety of offshore personnel is safeguarded and the structural integrity is maintained.

  • Evaluation of Survey and Inspection Results To ensure that the quality of inspection data is good, the inspection findings are accurate and all critical area is surveyed.

  • Structural Re-evaluation To confirm that the basis for demonstrating the structural integrity and associated risk levels are valid

  • Mitigation & Risk Reduction Program and Cost To develop mitigation and risk reduction programs that include strengthening, repair and modification of any component of the platforms.
